Looking for a friendly base camp? Sylvan Harbor is a family owned and operated RV Park that also offers cabin lodging, tent camping and amenities for the sea angler. Travelers of all types are welcome year-round, but we cater to fishermen staying monthly in the summer.
The RV Park is basic and functional. The sites are narrow, offer no privacy, and are challenging to back-into. The cabins are rustic, cozy, and clean, but are also surrounded by RVs during the summer. The perimeter of the park is lined with tall trees, but there is limited shade. If you prefer modern amenities or the feel of camping in the woods, we recommend staying elsewhere. Thanks for considering us!
About the Owners:
From the late 1960s the Manka family cultivated an atmosphere of camaraderie at Sylvan Harbor. Lindsey Thomas (formerly Manka), her husband Sean, along with their children: Anya, Dai, Seren, Seppy and Raelynn work to preserve the same welcoming environment.
